• To monitor and improve Riley's screening accuracy and AI performance
• To improve our service and fix issues

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers who help us deliver the call screening service, including providers of AI processing, voice synthesis, speech transcription, telephony, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Call Recordings

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in your account and visible in your dashboard. Our team may review call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries to monitor Riley's performance, improve call screening accuracy, debug issues, and improve the overall service. We treat all call data as confidential and limit access to authorized team members who need it for service improvement.

5. Data Retention

Your account data, call logs, recordings, and transcripts are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal information through your Settings page at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated data from the Danger Zone section in Settings.

We use essential cookies for session management (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

GoAwaySpammer is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
